Autorenporträt
Susan Caba has more than 30 years of journalism experience, with the focus increasingly on business and the art of leadership. She is the author of a monthly Q & A column on management with nationally known executives in the fields of business, science, education, professional level sports, and philanthropy. As a reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer, she covered the leadership structures of the city's criminal justice system, the greater metropolitan-area transit system, and the Philadelphia Mafia.

She is co-author of Break Points: Where Small Businesses Get Stuck, with Larry Kesslin and Chris Winter, a 150-page book for small to medium business owners on how to build effective leadership teams and overcome obstacles to growth. She is also co-author of another business book, to be published in 2013 on effective management of sales channel partnerships. In addition, she has worked closely with Jo Anne Myers of Sunstone International, studying the impact of leaders' communications and behavioral styles on corporate success and morale.
