Valesca Lima is Assistant Professor at Dublin City University. Her primary research interests are citizen participation, social movement, governance and housing policy. Rafaela N. Pannain is postdoctoral researcher on the Latin American Integration Inter-Unit Graduate Program and member of the Social Mobilization Research Group, at the University of São Paulo. Her research focuses on social movements in Brazil and Bolivia. Gabriela Pereira Martins is an independent researcher, member of the Social Mobilization Research Group at University of São Paulo. Her research focuses on associativism, post-abolition and historical sociology.
