Despite his doubts, with the enthusiastic support of his girlfriend and the rational advice of his friends, he finally decides to accept the invitation and go to the sanatorium to unravel its mystery. When they arrive at the sanatorium, however, they find that it is filled with an atmosphere of stale decay, and the staff are cold and distant. As they explored, they heard strange noises and followed them to a ward where they found a deformed creature, apparently the result of a failed experiment. Terrified, they fled. Later, they learned the history of the sanatorium: it was once an aristocratic mansion that had been converted into a sanatorium. During this time, a mysterious doctor conducted horrific experiments that caused soldiers' bodies to mutate, and strange things have been happening in the sanatorium ever since.
