Carole Franco enjoyed a dual career in education and international relations, spending the majority of her years in education.An adamant dog lover, she felt compelled to write a story about her beloved Chihuahua "education dog" who for many years visited Bolton Center School to entertain students.She has supported various animal groups and plans to continue that support as a volunteer in the future. Carole wrote her personal memoirs and authored articles for the Cambridge University and Duke University magazines about her experiences as Lady Mayoress of Westminster in London.
