More than thirty years ago, my attention was drawn to the book by American neurobiologists Brain, Mind, and Behavior [1] . More than thirty years ago, my attention was drawn to the book by American neurobiologists Brain, Mind, and Behavior[1]. This book is written in good language and helped to awaken my interest in this area. However, it is still written from the point of view of medicine and biology, and in life sometimes there are phenomena that cannot be explained by biology alone (which will be discussed below). Therefore, it was interesting for me to read hundreds of books by other authors who adhere to different (sometimes opposite) concepts. The time has come to systematize the accumulated experience and knowledge, depicting a verbal picture, which was eventually formed from a mosaic of disparate facts and hypotheses. Who is this book written for, what is its target audience? This is a question usually asked by publishers, trying to assess its commercial potential. It is bad if the author says that the target audience is very wide. A book for everyone is a book for no one. Here we will go the other waywe will tell the truth. This book was written for only one personthe author wrote for himself. You can compare it to diaries or notes that some people write for themselves, not expecting further publication. I have already accumulated a couple of thousand pages of such notes (not for publication). However, those who have read my previous books insistently ask me to write more. Therefore, I had to rewrite my notes, systematizing them by chapters and topics. Let this book be intended for only one person, but open to many, so that they can accept (or criticize) the author's reasoning. This approach has its advantages. The author gets maximum freedom, because there is no need to try to please anyone, impose your point of view, fit into the current situation and fashion trends. Alone with yourself, you can be absolutely sincere and honest. And this is wonderful!
