Startled to discover she's not alone in the facility, Avery finds other women there, seemingly under the influence of strong medication, behaving contentedly. Puzzled by their altered state and growing increasingly suspicious of the food and medication she's given, Avery questions the true nature of the facility.

Following a traumatic event, Avery's dread deepens as she uncovers The Doctor's malevolent plan. Her escape becomes a race against time.
