Andrew is a Commercial Mortgage Banker providing loans on commercial properties in California and Nevada.

Andrew is a licensed Nevada Mortgage Banker and California Broker under the name of Commercial Property Lending Corp of which he is the sole owner and president.

Andrew acts as a correspondent for Life Insurance Companies, Wall Street Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities lenders, U.S Government Agencies, Credit Unions, Federally Chartered Banks, State Savings Banks as well as private capital.

He has been the proud owner of German Shepherds since 1972. His first GSD was Doctor, followed by Stevie, Dante, Mr. Cool, and currently Karnak, a 6.5 month old puppy.

In his spare time, Andrew has traveled to take landscape photography of mountain, ocean, and desert scenery. He has created a collection of fantastic photos of magnificent scenery in Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.
