Gary Wasserman taught at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in China and at Columbia University, George Mason University, and Medgar Evers College, CUNY. He has also worked as a Washington communications consultant. He has written for the Washington Post, the New York Times, Foreign Policy, and Political Science Quarterly. He is a frequent TV political commentator and the author of a bestselling American politics textbook, now in its 15th edition.
