R.M. Steagall, Jr. is a lifetime North Carolina resident. Mac has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980, and is a 1978 graduate of UNC Charlotte. Recently retired from Richmond County Government, he is an avid follower of Charlotte 49er athletics and the English Rock band Uriah Heep.
