Joy Zhu is a Ph.D. candidate at UCLA Architecture and Urban Design. Previously, she worked as a curatorial assistant at Tai Kwun Contemporary. She is interested in the philosophies of Gilbert Simondon and Mou Zongsan, and counter-hegemonic ideas of technology. Joy obtained her B.A. from Middlebury College, majoring in Comparative Literature.
