ADYASHANTI ... began teaching in 1996 after series of transformative spirits awakenings at the request his Zen teacher with who he had been studying for years. Adyas teachings have been compared to some of the eai Chan (Zen) masters of Chi as well as teachers of Adva: Vedanta in India. The author of The Impact of Awakening and My Secret Is Silence, he resides northern California.
