It provides hope that through science and technology, one day the world may be able to reduce or perhaps even eradicate extreme violence. The author researched the issue of genetic based violence and proposes a means by which DNA may be edited to remove the aberrant genomes that cause the propensity to commit violent crimes. Perhaps this novel, though purely fiction, might provide the impetus for world leaders to consider this approach in creating a safer world for the future of our children.
