Autorenporträt
Robert M. Meisel is principal consultant with RMM Quality Consulting, specializing in the training and application of Six Sigma and lean methodology as well as basic problem solving, root cause analysis, and change management. Prior to that Bob spent over 30 years at Eastman Kodak Company in various quality management positions. Bob is a Fellow of ASQ and is chair of the ASQ Quality Management Division's Lean Six Sigma Technical Committee. He is a certified Master Black Belt and is an ASQ certified manager of quality/organization excellence and certified quality engineer. Bob has a master's and bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and a master's degree in applied and mathematical statistics. He can be contacted at bob@rmmqc.com.
