The romance is compelling and perfect as the storylines captures other important times in their lives. A part of Logan's life comes around first while the life of Jacob is being hinted at next.

The emotional struggles they both have to go through serve as the foundation that sees them to be compatible for each other despite several differences between them-in color, wealth, status, fame, experience and exposure.

There are cases of misunderstandings between the two lovers which comes from jealousy. This trait comes mostly from Jacob who appears to be at the receiving end of their loving relationship. Instead of the relationship falling apart due to the misunderstandings, it only grows stronger through the interventions of Yosif. Yosif happens to be a typical example of one who ensures good friendship as he tries his best to make sure his friend, Jacob, realizes his dream.
