Born into the Army, (my father was a career soldier) I spent all my growing years "within the army".My father left when I was 19.This was definitely a factor in my development.

I have enjoyed exploring new cultures,and have travelled extensively.

Writing has always been important to me.It has just taken a few years to get it into the open!

This book,my first, has put into words my personal life and how I have come to terms with and gain acceptance,even peace, with the rest of the world that I have been reluctantly obliged to interact with every hour and day of my waking life.

I feel passionate enough about this to want to share with other like minded individuals, especially Tim ferris, who unknowingly helped me on my journey.

I hope you can also find the same inner peace!
