When travel agent EZ Kelly takes a trip to a luxury resort in the Dominican Republic, she finds danger instead of fun in the sun in the third EZ Kelly mystery.

He remembers EZ and her heroism as a Special Forces soldier and negotiates with her to be his bodyguard, along with her friend, Paul.
EZ agrees to help Walt, temporarily setting aside the life of a carefree vacationing travel agent. With assassins coming after Walt at every turn, EZ and Paul try to figure out who they are up against as the situation escalates and quickly becomes far more dangerous. Can they keep Walt safe as he makes the biggest decision of his life?

Autorenporträt
Charles M. DuPuy collected a bountiful supply of experiences as a young man, and now he's using them to round out his novels. He's traveled through most of the United States, including a drive up the AlCan Highway to Alaska with a buddy, traversing Canada from east to west en route. He's snorkled from Florida to Hawaii and served two years in the Peace Corps in Africa. He's been a teacher, a real estate broker, a salesman, a farmer, and the managing editor of a Vermont outdoors magazine. In his early forties, he studied to become a physician assistant. His assignments ranged from pediatrics to geriatrics, and from substance abuse treatment to the maximum security unit of the New Mexico State Penitentiary in Santa Fe. Retired now, he spends much of his day at his computer where he blends fact with fiction, adds dashes of romance and humor, and concocts the suspenseful mysteries he's so well known for. He shares his life with his beloved wife, Janet, their two cats and a wonderful Westie named Jack, somewhere in the Great Southwest.
