The book is not an explanation of Islam or some of its rulings, or a defense of it, or an argument with its opponents.....

The book is an appreciation of "the genius of Muhammad" according to the extent to which every human being owes him, but not a Muslim, and that is sufficient, and by the truth that love for him is established in the heart of every human being, and not in the heart of every Muslim, and that is sufficient.
