Carol Morosco is a retired teacher and lives with her husband in Virginia. She loves to read all different kinds of book. When it's summertime, she likes to travel. Her favorite places to visit are the National Parks.

Philomine Lakota teaches the Lakota Language and history to high school students at Red Cloud School. The children call her Uŋcí, grandmother. As a loving Elder, she guides them to the right answers and encourages them to do their best.
