Judy Thompson is an internationally recognized TEDx speaker, author and ESL teacher. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, TESL Certification and Canadian Language Benchmark Assessor qualifications Judy developed and delivered ground-breaking courses across Canada, Korea, Spain and Brazil. English is Stupid, Students are Not (2009) was her first publication and is currently part of the Speaking English curricula in more than 60 countries. As a teacher for Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), the Peel Board of Education, Sheridan College and numerous International programs, Judy understands the need to express one-self and be understood are universal desires that unite us all. Judy is passionate about education reform and has developed revolutionary systems for help people speak English faster and more confidently than ever before.
