Jackie Lynch is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC) and founder of the award-winning WellWellWell menopause clinic. She is the author of The Happy Menopause: Smart Nutrition to Help You Flourish; Va Va Voom: The 10-DayEnergy Diet; and The Right Bite: Smart Food Choices for Eating on the Go. Jackie hosts the podcast The Happy Menopause, leads workshops for the Guardian and Evening Standard, and appears in national media, including Channel 4's Superfoods. Jackie's clinic was named Menopause Nutrition Clinic of the Year in 2021 and 2022 in the London & South-East Prestige Awards. The Happy Menopause was highly commended at the 2021 UK Health & Wellbeing Awards in the Best Wellbeing Book category.
