Kim Ingleby is an International Award Winning Personal Trainer, Team GB Sports Therapist and NLP Performance Coach. In 2004 she founded Energised Performance with the vision to help people 'unlock their potential' and believe in themselves. Since then, she has worked with thousands of clients around the World, from CEO's to Celebrities, Olympic Athletes to every day people. She is known for blending in depth mind and body coaching tools into simple, accessible , proven formulas, to help people grow in confidence, achieve their goals and let go of fears. Kim has been a Brand Ambassador for Sweaty Betty and Shock Absorber since 2008, empowering women to feel good through fitness and well-being. She works with individuals to give them the physical plans and mental confidence to achieve their first running event, triathlon, body confidence or adventure goals. Kim is a Food Revolution Ambassador for Jamie Oliver, promoting simple, healthy eating ideas for families. Kim has written for many magazines since 2006, releasing a co authored, best selling Mag Book with Women's Fitness. She currently is one of the Ask the Experts for Top Sante, has done a front cover and interview for Women's Running and expert comments for Your Fitness Magazine. Kim is a well established Speaker, most notably her TEDx Talk, the Strictly Energised Charity Ball with Gethin Jones, Work Life Balance for a global group of lawyers with Olympian, Mark Foster & opening the Global Life Fitness Judging Awards evening in Barcelona. She holds a degree in International Business Management, and also Advanced Personal Training, Sports Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, NLP & DNA Master Coaching qualifications. She loves adventures and has raised over £80,000 for charity, including working in Sierra Leone with Street Child, running 100 miles and completing an Ironman. She has built a school in Belize with Raleigh International and completed her Gold & Diamond Duke of Edinburgh Awards. She has ridden for Scotland U21 Three Day Eventing Team and competed for Team GB Triathlon before contracting Weils Disease in 2013. She was born in Scotland on a farm and loves the outdoors. Travel, culture and people inspire her, with family in Israel, Zimbabwe and New York. In her spare time she is learning about photography, creating recipes in Kim's Kitchen & spending times with her friends. Whatever your goal is, and whatever your fears or doubts are, she has the tools, skills and empathy to help you believe in yourself and make it happen. Kim loves laughter, stories and smiles, and will always help you feel good, however tough life is.
