Carla Campos is a psychologist with postgraduate studies in people Management; Assessment Consultant; Certified Professional and Personal Coach with International Certification from ECA (European Coaching Association) and GCC (Global Coaching Community); postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management from AVM-UCAM and in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy from CPAF; member of the Brazilian Association of Cognitive Psychotherapy (ABPC) and the Association of Cognitive Therapies of Rio de Janeiro (ATCRIO); and co-author of the book Tanatologia-Temas Impertinentes.

In recent years, Carla has dedicated herself to the study of human development, change management, people management, coaching, outplacement, talent recruitment and selection, losses, and resilience. She is the Vice President of the Human Change Management Institute and is a frequent lecturer and workshop facilitator as well as a consultant.

Vicente Gonçalves' education includes performance arts, social sciences, and information technology. He holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA degree from COPPEAD-UFRJ. He enhanced his management and leadership knowledge at MIT Sloan Executive Education, Boston, USA, IMD-Lausanne, Switzerland, and AMANA-KEY. Complementing his diverse profile, Vicente is an actor, author, director, drama teacher, poet, and writer. During recent years, he has published several articles on creativity, innovation, and change management.

For 28 years he was a consultant and executive in national and global companies, having received 12 innovation-, project-, and change-management- related awards from renowned publications. He was elected CIO (Chief Information Officer) of the Year in the media and communication area four times. In 2010 he received the Assis Chateaubriand commendation from the São Paulo Arts and Literature Academy for relevant services in the area of scientific and human development. He is a guest professor and lecturer in several organizations, including PMI, PMO Alliance, CIO Summit, PMO Master Class, among others.

In addition to being CEO of the Human Change Management Institute, Vicente is a consultant in the areas of creativity and innovation, change management, conflict management, team creation, and integration. His extensive experience includes work in Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Mexico, Peru, Spain, South Africa, the United States, and Uruguay.
