We have to dig deeper into why we over sacrifice for others, why we spend so much time trying to save people for the sake of receiving love or any other mundane gratification. Working on my heart allowed me to give and wait to receive, working on strengthening my mind allowed me to remember to also give to myself. I had to learn to feel comfortable with feeling worthy of receiving love. We do not have to compromise ourselves for anyone. This book will give you the reason why some seek others' approval.
