Virtual learning is spreading around the world. Online academic delivery has been defined to include the different methods of teaching where students and teachers are located at geographically remote locations. Demand for such services is increasing among higher education students, which according to Grawe refers to any Institution providing technical and vocational education to children, which is not provided by regular schools. Two things are important for establishing the effectiveness of such an education system. Primary among them is quality assurance, which according to Seyfried & Pohlenz is ensuring the educational process meets minimum expectations in form of results from completion. The second factor is the educational quality which according to Gupta & Yadav, is the efficiency of the total educational ecosystem within the institution which involves both technical as well as social aspects.
