Autorenporträt
This study employed a quantitative method to investigate the impact of price hikes on consumer satisfaction and purchasing behavior in Brgy. Inopacan, Leyte. A sample of 100 respondents participated in the study, and data were collected through surveys, interviews, and observation. The findings revealed that all respondents experienced a price increase in food products that they consumed, and a significant number were unsatisfied with the products they usually purchased, leading to a willingness to reduce their food consumption. The study also found a significant relationship between price hikes and consumer satisfaction. Moreover, the study provided important demographic information about the respondents that could be useful for future studies and policymakers seeking to understand the experiences and needs of specific population groups. Overall, this study highlighted the importance of understanding consumer behavior and preferences in addressing the impact of a price hike on consumer satisfaction and purchasing behavior.
