Dr. Benjamin is the author of The Limits of Politics: Collective Goods and Political Change in Postindustrial Societies (1982) and Tradition and Change in Postindustrial Japan (with Kan Ori; 1981).
Robert T. Kudrle is professor of public affairs and planning at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. Dr. Kudrle is co-editor of International Studies Quarterly and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Health Politics, Policy, and Law.
