Lennaert van Heumen is a PhD candidate and Lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Mechthild Roos is a visiting fellow of the Institute of Political Science, University of Luxembourg and a Lecturer in Comparative Politics at Augsburg University, Germany.
