The rules of the Job Interview have changed FOREVER and you better be ready...
You are here because you are either interviewing, getting ready to do so, or just did
You want to win this time or next time
You are here because you are concerned that the competition is tougher than ever, it is tougher
You are here because you cannot afford not to get the next job offer. You should be worried; it is a new deal out there
You are here because you need an edge to win and this is the place you can get it.
If you are willing to do the work, and you probably are, you will win The Offer Every Time
The rules of the Interview have changed forever; there are more strong candidates for every job than at any point in the last 20 years. If you prepare like everyone else, you will not win. The average candidate spends 2-4 hours preparing for an interview. If that is all you are willing to do, hit the back button and go buy a book on easy interview answers.
Right now there is a glut of good candidates for every job. What are you going to do about it?
Even with times being tough right now, people are preparing the same way they always have, poorly.
What will the book do for you?
-It will give you a step by step process to prepare in way you have not before
-It will help you learn things about the company that other candidates will not know
-It will help you use, describe and levrage your expereience and accomplishments better for an interview
-It will help you identify a way to go to an interview with value than no one else can bring
Don't listen to me, I wrote it. Listen to others. What do people think so far about this book?
"The simple strategy of doing the job before you get the job was instrumental in getting the promotion I wanted after previously getting denied for a similar role. During these turbulent times, this is a must read book that will help separate you from the masses and land the job or promotion you want."----T Schneider
"Get the Offer Every Time gave me all the right strategies to prepare for and excel in the job interview. Ford's clear, comprehensive steps were instrumental in getting the job and have continued to inform my decisions as a hiring manager. Any candidate who follows Ford's advice and puts in the work he outlines will shine during the interview process. This is an important book for anyone looking for an edge in this tough employment market.

Why should you buy this book ?
1. I have given the book to friends and worked with them to implement it since I wrote it in 1997.
2. This is not my job. I am a Healthcare Company Executive that likes to help people win in the interview.
3. I have interviewed thousands of people in my career and I know what great looks like
4. I have yet to meet someone that does all I prescribe in the book and does not get the job, period. I will stop here and tell you to buy this book.
Do the math, my guess is that the cost of this book is an hour or two of pay at most or your next job. For some of you, it may account for 15 minutes pay of your next job. Sure would be stupid not to invest $30 bucks considering what the percentage return is if you win the job. Go spend 2 hours and look at all the books on interviewing at the bookstore, prove to yourself that none of them offer a real edge and then come back and buy this.
Be ready to do the work, as I know you are, and it will end well. Avoid the work, or worse, if 30 hours of prep for an interview sounds like too much work....hit that back button now. Good luck!
