Frank King is a psychiatrist who lives on one of North London's roughest council-estates. The estate is overun by gangs, drugs and crime. Frank King grew up on Stonebridge, and has made it his life's work to counsel the kids involved in the crime from his flat. In return, they promise to treat the residents of Stonebridge with respect. Frank believes that by working with the kids who commit the crime, he can curve the crime rate. His methods may be unorthodox, but they work, and even the metropolitan police support what he does for his community.
It begs the question though, If drugs were dealt on your doorstep, could you counsel the distributors?
