Her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to build her own consulting firm; as part of her consulting services, she leads various organizational transitioning projects, including business culture transformation, leadership growth, and change management. She holds a doctoral degree in leadership and change and has a passionate interest in the study of metaphysics, energy psychology, spirituality, and neurosciences.
