Autorenporträt

Joan Hazel is a native of Corinth, Mississippi. She is an accomplished actress and vocalist who has performed with theater and opera companies across the eastern United States. She has also worked as a show director and vocal director throughout her 15 year theatrical career.

The Last Guardian is Hazel's first published novel. Her work ranges from historical fiction, crime thrillers, science fiction, and fantasy.

In addition to Hazel's artistic work, she is a Reiki Master, Toe Reader, and Soul Coach. She is also passionate about the protection of animals and she supports a variety of animal conservation efforts.

She currently resides in Deland, Florida with her husband and their two dogs.
