My name is Frances Landsberg, writing as Fran Scholan (pronounced Sho-lin).
I was born and raised in South Africa, and still call it home.
I have no formal training or diplomas to speak of, but have always loved the freedom of the written word, finding it very soothing.
To date I have penned 11 short stories and novelettes, in a variety of genres, and they are all self-edited. I have also written some poetry, my favourite style being free verse.

Other than writing, I enjoy crocheting, reading, and watching movies. I also have a great fascination with technology and I'm always learning something new.
