Tricia is charged with murder, and the future is bleak. Her shadowed menace is delighted how he has orchestrated the charges and triggered doubt and mistrust everywhere. Homicide charges push her to the end of her rope. She tries to hang onbut may not make it.

Dr. Mark Henry Miller is a retired United Church of Christ local church pastor and conference minister. He and his wife, Diane, and their faithful buddies, Faith (English Cocker) and Caleb (Lord Cavalier Spaniel) live in Leander, Texas. Born in Portland, Oregon, he graduated from Stanford University, Yale University Divinity School, and Eden Theological Seminary. "The Lemon Drop Didn't Melt," not unlike his four previous novels, includes lots of life, ministry, fishing, and murder, but seldom in that order. This novel's venue is Snoqualmie, Washington, twenty-five miles east of Seattle but not distant from daunting stress moments for Tricia Gleason.
