Martial arts enthusiast (especially internal martial arts such as Tai Chi and Xing Yi) and entrepreneur/business leader.

I have been practicing martial arts the majority of my adult life - firstly with Muay Thai boxing and then moving onto the Chinese internal arts of Tai Chi and Xing Yi. My studies in the martial arts have given my tremendous benefits and through my books I want to pass these on and ensure these benefits can be received by all who wish too. In terms of business, I have years of experience both working for other people and also running my own business. This has given me valuable insights into what is needed for success in the modern business world. I love to use this knowledge to help other people succeed and businesses to grow.
