My book is breakdown into two episodes. First episode is based on true events about the love and courtship of Ziegfried Vainer 17 years old toward drop-dead girl Iolanda Grünberg 15 years old. Everything began when Zigfried Vainer was 16 and Iolanda 14. The courtship and love between this two teenyboppers was genuine and sagacious. The second episode was also based on true events of what had stumble upon in Siegfried's life while he worked for city of New York Department of Building.

I had been born in Iasi Romania on Oct. 22, 1955, into a mark, right-minded, highbrow, and law-abiding family who had given me an old-hat education. I was brought up to love and respect Homosapiens encompassing me and helping out underprivileged Homosapiens. I've had graduated Highschool on August 1974 in Iasi Romania. My family and I booked "emigrated" to the United States on January 21, 1976. I've had graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, a five-star University on June 4, 1981. I had become U.S. Citizen on August 4, 1981. I've had graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York on June 3, 1982.
