This book is a book for seekers by a seeker. It outlines fundamental practices and insights that Kavendra has gleaned from 25 years of the experiential practice of mindfulness in daily life. This work is meant to empower you the reader to break through potential limiting beliefs, limits that we place on ourselves that hold us back from living an awake and open life. Kavendra volunteered in Buddhist and Hindu spiritual communities for 11 years and managed a yoga studio for another 4 years. He has used mindfulness to overcome significant life challenges and knows that it a powerful tool to assist with maintaining one's well-being. Profits from his art will go to create a mindfulness based practice community.
