Autorenporträt
Adam Scaife leads research and production of long-range weather forecasts at the UK's Met Office and is a professor at the University of Exeter. The author of 30-Second Meteorology, he has received the Edward Appleton Medal from the Institute of Physics and the Royal Meteorological Society Buchan Prize for his pioneering work on the computer simulation and long-range prediction of the atmosphere. Tugce Okay is a natural history illustrator who works primarily with watercolors. Her work has appeared in many books and magazines.
