Ingrid Barton is an artist and writer with a wide range of experiences and interests. She has been a teacher, a psychotherapist, a parish councillor, a re-enactor and co-director of the Society for Storytelling. She is the author of North Yorkshire Folk Tales, East Yorkshire Folk Tales and The Little History of Yorkshire, all published by The History Press.
