Autorenporträt

Dr Catherine Blackledge is an author and journalist whose career and interests span the worlds of science and the occult. Her first book, The Story of V (Weidenfeld & Nicolson, 2003), an internationally acclaimed biography of the vagina, has been translated into ten languages and published in 13 countries. Born in 1968, she has a science degree and PhD and has been a student of astrology for over a decade, since studying the history of science and magic fanned a fascination with the arcane art.
