Autorenporträt
She has had the unique opportunity to study Mother Nature. From the tiniest of little seeds, to the vast ocean and its mighty waves. It has been a lifelong goal of hers to share her passion about the environment through the voices of the animals that can not speak for themselves, as well as bring them to life through her illustrations. She has studied Manatees and their shrinking habitat for over 30 years. She feels we must remember Mother Nature's gifts for they are not just for us but for generations yet to come. She has written articles for several magazines, newsletters, websites, and International groups. Recently she was nominated for a lifetime achievement award acknowledging her commitment to the ocean. She honestly feels her message is critical to sustain the delicate dance that takes place daily as Mother Nature greets us with light, food, oxygen, water and so many treasures that are taken for granted.
