He believes that being deliberately and inteligently abstract yields much if practiced over a long period of time. He took advantage of compounding behavior to achieve what he did. This makes the story to be more motivational and is worth reading.

The author is a retired Bank Officer and currently a practicing Quantity Surveyor in Kenya. He has a diploma in Business Administration, an undergraduate degree in Building Economics and a post-graduate qualification in Project Planning and Management.
