He's best known as the cofounder of the Craft Beer Channel, a You tube channel with over 140,000 subscribers and 10 million views. As well as travelling the world making films he has written three books, including Beer School: A Crash Course in Beer, The London Craft Beer Guide and A Year in Beer. The latter won Fortnum & Mason's Drinks Book of the Year and Guild of Food Writers Drinks Book of the Year.
