Quentin Antoine Grant was born in Georgetown, South Carolina. He was once a high school dropout, but he went back to school and graduated from Victory Tech High School. He then attended Virginia College where he became a registered medical assistant and later a certified computer network technician. From South University in Georgia he earned a BS in information technology, and an MS in information systems.Quentin is the author of an article published with the Juvenile Justice Information Exchange called "Listen to Me: Change Is Always an Option."
