She is also the creator of the Cara fitness app, which caters to women over 40. A veteran of the fitness industry for 30 years, Cara began her career as a professional Latin American and ballroom dancer. She competed at the highest levels, holding titles as an Open and Closed British Champion and UK Closed Professional Champion.
