Autorenporträt
CAROL ANNE DOUGLAS has loved Shakespeare since she was introduced to A Midsummer Night's Dream when she was a child. She identifies with the character Nick Bottom because she wants to play every part, which only a writer can do.

She has written the novels Lancelot: Her Story and Lancelot and Guinevere. She is an avid reader of Arthurian and Shakespearean lore and writes plays as well as fiction.

She was born in a suburb of New York, grew up in Los Angeles, and lives in Washington, D.C. When she isn't reading or writing, she spends as much time as she can in the national parks hiking and observing wildlife.
