Autorenporträt

This is Mr. Whitmer's 4th children's book, and the first book in a trilogy about mermaids. Mr. Whitmer is a retired F.B.I. Agent, College Professor, and Lawyer. His avocation is writing and he hopes that this book will be as fun to read as it was to write.
