Autorenporträt

Marina Miranda Fiuza is a doctoral candidate in Literature and Literary Criticism at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and holds a master's degree from the same institution (2011). She completed a doctoral internship at the University of Michigan (USA) with a PDSE/CAPES scholarship. She graduated in Literature from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 2006, is a specialist in Institutional Psychopedagogy from ASMEC Colleges (2007), and earned a degree in Pedagogy from the University Nove de Julho (2010). She is a member of the research group "The Written Voice of Children and Young Adults: Discursive Practices" at PUC-SP. Since 2015, she has taught the extension course "The Illustrated Children's Book: Words, Images, and Interactions" at COGEAE/PUC-SP. With roots in Minas Gerais-and memories in Mato Grosso do Sul-she is the mother of two children; her interest in the subject of grief arose with the death of her brother.
