This book represents a process of monitoring a volatile political era in the life of the Abbasid state, through Abu Hayyan's companionship with two of the most famous ministers and politicians of his time. Through this companionship and coexistence, he formulated his experience in his book "The Ethics of the Two Ministers," in which he monitored the arrogance and arrogance that characterized these two ministers.
