The author provides a comprehensive study of the objective provisions to combat corruption in the United Nations Convention, starting from the general framework included in the agreement, and passing through the explanation of the main pillars of this control, which is the conditions of criminalization and law enforcement of its multiple forms. The author also presented- from his scientific and practical point of view- the foundations of understanding the legal text in the agreement and its effects in the internal legislative application and an analytical critical study of the provisions of criminalization and the rules of law enforcement included in the agreement.
