Looking at the title of this book, it is undoubtedly one of the simplest phrases one could come across. But, it is fully loaded and befits serious study. The first study is "what is the meaning of the Phrase?"  Another study is "what gives birth to such a phrase?" The third study is "what is a way out?" While the last study is "why is there no alternative to the way out?" as asserted by the word "only".

A word of wisdom says that, there cannot be smoke without a fire. In the same vein, it means that nothing can give rise to this phrase unless many attempts have been made to find a solution but have been unsuccessful. Hence, that out of many options provided as a means of escape only one of them is the answer.

All said and done, it is time we cross to the liturgical sphere which we should all embrace.
